Manufacturing functionality to meet the needs of various
clients. You can enter multi-level Bills of Materials,
with subassemblies, labour and overhead components. Production
runs can be scheduled for any time period, using lead
times and due dates. You can print detailed Work Orders,
formatted to your specifications, and track variance and
waste. Barcode capabilities can be utilized to move components
into Work in Process, and can produce part and serial
number barcode labels for finished goods as they are produced.

| The Minotaur Business System keeps accurate
track of all your products, whether finished goods or
raw materials. Barcode capabilities, lot control, EDI
interfaces with suppliers (EDI module required) and other
system features all enhance your control over stock levels.
The parts file is comprehensive, storing all the information
you need about each part and updating it automatically.
All transactions and costs are recorded in detail, allowing
part histories and inventory valuations at any time, for
any date. With Minotaur Inventory, you get complete tracking
and control of your inventory. |
| The Minotaur Business System features extensive
reporting and analysis capabilities. In addition to hundreds
of built-in reports for day-to-day processing and conventional
analysis, our Advanced Reports module provides a large
number of detailed sales reports to handle practically
any situation. For example, tracking sales by sales rep,
product, area, industry, customer, customer type and by
month, with cost, budget and previous year's comparisons
when needed. Users can also create custom reports to retrieve
any data on the system with the included "Flexible
Report Generator", or Minotaur Software can create
these for you. The bottom line is that you will have the
information you need to make the correct decisions that
will increase your competitiveness and profitability.
