Session: Flexible Financials Training-Level 1 & 2
This session will cover hands-on basic instruction on creating flexible financial statements. Users will first work through setting up the row design without considering parent accounts. Once users are familiar with the basic report setup, the course will go on to look at parent accounting and how it can be leveraged by flexible financials to simplify report modifications.

Session: Did You Know?
This session explores features that may be in your current system that you may not be aware of as well as tools to increase productivity. We will also look at some new and existing configurations that can enhance the way you work with your Minotaur system.

Session: Women of Minotaur Networking Lunch

This hands-on session will review extracting Minotaur data from a single Minotaur table to create a simple list report. It will then go on to cover the use of Minotaur key fields to link extra files to create multi level flexible reports.

Session: Minotaur Open Table Discussion (Food & Beverage Industry)
This includes open discussion of Food and Beverage industry needs and how Minotaur is adapting to meet those needs. Bring your ideas and questions as you can have an impact on our industry specific development and you can learn from others in the room how they have practically managed using Minotaur in their plant, warehouse and office.

Session: Flexible Sales Reports-Level 1 & 2
This hands-on session will cover an overview of the basics of report design. It will go on to look at user defined calculated columns and how they can increase the power of your sales reports.

Session: Automatic Production
An overview of several different types of automatic production we have made available as custom functions. Of course, touch screen production as demonstrated at previous user conferences. Production recognition from files transferred by third party weighing machines such as Bizerba. Assembly and Disassembly production recognition from Minotaur handheld scanner functions. Production recognition at shipment processing time. Focus will be on non touch screen options.

Session: Minotaur Open Table Discussion (General)
We continue to develop the Minotaur Business System and welcome your feedback in planning our future development projects. This session will give you an opportunity to voice your ideas for development of the Minotaur Business System and through an open discussion of attendees, allow you to learn from other Minotaur users how they successfully integrated their plant, warehouse and office.

Session: Data Loading
This session offers hands-on training. It will cover a general overview of the process involved in setting up files and loading into Minotaur.

Bring your ideas and questions as you can have an impact on our industry specific development and you can learn from others in the room how they have practically managed using Minotaur in their plant, warehouse and office.

Session: Advanced PRP Training
This session covers functionality not supported by the Flexible Report generator. Typically the report writer will be used to create the basic structure and then a file editor will be used to finish the report. Topics will include advanced formatting and linked lists. Linked lists enable the user to generate matrix reports. The session will consist of a 1 hour power point session on the functions followed by a 1 hour work shop where users will apply the information to create their own reports. We suggest users come prepared with a wish list of at least 2 reports they would like to create.

Windows 7 :
Very shortly Microsoft will be releasing the successor to Vista, dubbed Windows 7. Currently, Vista is the desktop operating system that everybody loves to hate and with good reason. What is Microsoft doing this time around with their newest operating system that may inspire you to upgrade from Vista, XP or something older? Should you just stick with what you currently have? We will visit the pro’s and con’s of upgrading.
