has a hot day coming your way. On October 9, 2002
Minotaur will be hosting a User Conference. The
conference will be an event that will explore many
different aspects of the of Minotaur Business System
and ERP software in general. You have an opportunity
to discuss several issues with fellow Minotaur users
from a variety of industries. |

companies to come in to host a mini seminar to explain
how the latest technology will be beneficial to your company
and how it integrates with the Minotaur Business System. |
Carlisle Technologies located in Burlington, Ontario will
host one seminar on Bar Coding, Weight Scale Control and
the latest in Radio Frequency (RF) technology. |

| - Located in New Hamburg, Pestell
has been involved in the development of agricultural and
pet products since 1972. The Pestell Group consists of
the following companies Pestell Minerals & Ingredients,
Pestell Transport, Pestell Shavings, Pestell Pet Products,
Pestell America, Pestell Leasing, and Kissner Salt &
Chemicals. Pestell distributes their product through out
North Ameirca and also in other various countries. Pestell
is presently going through the implementation and training
process. Pestell is located in New Hamburg, Ontario. |

| - Rootbeer is Hank's founding
beverage, but they have nine other flavoured soft drinks
in their line up which include Fruit Punch, Citrus Soda,
Black Cherry, Orange Cream, Orange Soda, Birch Beer, Highland
Berry, Diet Root Beer, Vanilla Cream. Hank's distributes
their product throughout North America. Located in Philadelphia,
Hank's is a family owned business and was formed in 1958.
Hank's is also going through the implementation and training
stages. Liz from Minotaur plans to visit Hank's some time
in August to do some onsite training. |

| - Located in Mississauga,
Ontario, Imperial Chilled Juices manufacturers and distributes
1.8 liter Gable top, private labeled juices and beverages.
Imperial Chilled Juices bought the Minotaur System in
May 2002 and the system is presently implemented and running.
Imperial Chilled Juice was introduced to Minotaur by our
long time customer Imperial Flavours. |
| - Located in Etobicoke, Fancy Furniture
manufactures and distributes both living room and dining
room furniture. Minotaur has begun installing the Minotaur
System at Fancy Furniture and plans to start the training
process within the first couple weeks of August. Fancy
Furniture will be using bar-coding with the Minotaur Business
System to assist them with the production process and
also with payroll. |
| Minotaur looks forward to working with
