A Message from the President
So far, 2002 has been a very good year for Minotaur, after 2001 was probably our most difficult year ever. We are grateful to our loyal customers for giving us work to do last year when business was slow. This year, we are working hard to keep up with all the different projects, but we certainly prefer that to not having enough todo. We are in the process of hiring an additional programmer so that we can undertake some more projects to make the system better. These include the MSDS system that we have been designing, integration with a CRM package (probably ACT), and various things to make the GUI better. As usual, we welcome any feedback as to what projects are most important to our customers. Richard Kirkness

We have been putting a considerable focus on improving the reliability of our update process, so that we can ensure that all the updates we deliver will work properly for our customers. I am pleased with the progress we have made, though there is more to be done. We are also still working on some issues with the GUI, to make it more reliable and predictable. We have also been busy fixing our sales and marketing efforts at Minotaur. Traditionally we have done a poor job of sales and marketing, as we are more oriented towards customer service and programming. Over the last year we have made a lot of progress towards doing sales and marketing properly, and we are now seeing some of the benefits of this. We welcome any feedback that our customers have about this, as well as any referrals you might care to share with us.

The slow economy last year certainly reminded us that our success depends on our long-term customer relationships, so we will continue to work hard to provide good service and product innovation. As mentioned above, we always welcome your feedback on how the product and service can best suit your requirements.
Richard Kirkness
