After a challenging year in 2001, 2002 was a pretty
good year for Minotaur. We regained our sales and
profit growth, and are optimistic about the prospects
for 2003. We greatly enhanced our sales and marketing
process this year, though we recognize that we have
a lot further to go, both in terms of adding personnel,
and in being better at every aspect of the selling
process. We have also completed a number of major
enhancements to the system side of our product,
including better memory management and drill-down
capability.
For 2003 we will be upgrading the printing and faxing
capability of the software, to make it more flexible and
faster, and to deal with some problems we have encountered
with third party fax software. On the applications side
we have recently completed a substantial rewrite of the
bill processing system, as well as developing our asset
posting module.
We have more programmers on staff than we have had before,
so I anticipate a lot more progress this year. As always,
we try and make changes and enhancements to the system
primarily on the basis of customer input, so please let
us know what you would like to see the system doing. Thank

you to edit the same field on several parts at once.

Menu option SSC 'Supplier Contacts' was moved
to SSMC

Minotaur is pleased to welcome our newest
customer Optionelle. Optionelle is a Canadian fashion
company based in London, ON which has been producing a
line of quality clothing for women for over 20 years.
They offer casual and business wear in a full range of
sizes and sell the clothing through home parties.
By the end of the year, Optionelle plans to make their
Minotaur system available to over 250 sales consultants
across Canada through the internet. The Consultants will
be able to check inventory, enter and check on orders,
and manage their commissions.
