| The F11 Parts Status feature provides the
user with immediate information on a given part. This
feature is an option that can be added into your Minotaur
system at any time. This feature can be used on any field
that requires a part code to be entered. Simply enter
the part code and press the F11 function key. The system
will display the following screen; |

| There are four separate reports available
to run that will provide various information on the selected
part code. |
(D)rill - This option is the standard Drill Down report
for part codes. It provides the user with all the information
from the part file. |
(W)arehouse - This option will display a Warehouse Count
Report. For each location this report shows the quantity
in stock, the quantity committed, and the minimum and
maximum quantities. |
