Minotaur's CRM Module is Ready
At the 2004 Annual User Conference, we outlined our plans to develop a CRM module and we are pleased to announce it is now ready for deployment at customers. Minotaur's sales staff have been the first to work with the program, helping to prepare it for release to our customers. We are still working to enhance the module, but we are now ready for initial customer use. For the initial customers, it provides an opportunity to have some input into how the system will be configured. This module can be added to any system to allow your users to track your activities with prospective customers as well as track your ongoing activities with your actual customers.

"I really rely on the CRM system now. I run my task list and plan my follow up activities right in the system. On the days when I have to go directly to a sales appointment, I log into our CRM system from home so that I can check to ensure I am keeping up with commitments." Said Judith Kirkness, VP Sales at Minotaur.

The CRM module can be carried forward when a prospect becomes a customer. You are able to add a link to their customer code. From that point on, your customer service staff and other Minotaur users like accounts receivable could become active in using the CRM system. With everyone having access to the same detailed information about the customer and what you have done for them, what they are waiting for, etc. you can optimize your customer service. A customer will often report a new address, phone extension or complaint to the one person at your company that they talk with the most. If that information is not tracked and stored centrally, it can result in a lot of wasted time for others in the office who are using old or out of date information when dealing with that customer. Remaining competitive means that you have to become more efficient with information. That is exactly what the CRM module was designed to help you do. Remember, with your Minotaur system, you can add new modules at any time as your needs grow and change. If you would like to arrange for a demonstration of the new CRM module or any other Minotaur module that may help you manage your information needs, please give us a call.
