| New Features with MBS7 |

| Minotaur’s MBS7 version is written in Microsoft’s latest GUI programming language .NET. This GUI offers several advantages over MBS6.2. Being Microsoft’s language, there is improved interaction with other Microsoft programs. The look of Minotaur screens has been updated in MBS7.0 without changing the functionality or menu paths you have come to remember. Speed is greatly improved in both running reports and Order Entry from the MBS6 and MBS6.2 versions. |

| User Adjustable Screen Resolution on Reports |
| |
Some people wanted larger font size, others more information at a glance. You can now set the default
resolution size to be used for reports. This ability is on the system data screen under the Help menu. You
might say but not all reports have the same amount of information. No problem, you also have the ability to
zoom in and out on your report screens. |

| Web Link |
| |
| The Web Link feature, located in the Help menu gives users direct access to remote access files. This allows users to easily connect their computer to Minotaur so that we can fix any problems remotely. |

| Open Reports Directly in Excel |
| |
| Using MBS7 you will no longer need to save the report and open in Excel. The new report window contains a toolbar with a button called Excel. Once the path to Excel is setup in the system data screen, clicking this button will cause the report currently on screen to open in Excel. What could be easier! |

| Easy Menu Navigation |
| |
| Customize your Minotaur Desktop with Buttons for Frequently Used Features. These buttons save the user from navigating through the menu each time. Simply enter the path and button description in the buttons feature located under the Help menu. Exit the system, go back in and voila! Quick and easy access to features you need. |

Users can also take advantage of the menu box which allows the user to quickly type in the menu path of the program or report they wish to run instead of navigating through the menus. To display or remove the menu box simply go to the Help\System Data menu and click on the Show Menu Box field. |

| Previously menu options were grayed out for inaccessible menu options. In MBS7, your system can be set to only display items to which a user has access. You asked for it — we delivered. |

| PCL Viewer |
| |
Minotaur also has begun offering a PCL viewer to our customers that use laser forms. With the PCL viewer,
you are able to view onscreen any laser forms that have logos and bar codes with the ability to create a PDF.
Documents can be emailed to your suppliers or customers, printed to a variety of network printers or printed
to fax drivers set up on your workstation or laptop. PCL viewer can be used with MBS6.2 and MBS7.0. You
require a license on each workstation or laptop that wants these abilities. One license comes with MBS7.0
and additional can be purchased for $100 each. |

The Minotaur Retail Marketing Programs Module assists you in tracking your rebate agreements with retailers. It tracks both accrued deductions and those where your customers deduct from monies owed. It can also track those type of programs which fall into neither category (for example your volume incentives), where you want to track the programs, but not accrue or deduct from invoice. Rebates can be accrued automatically, based on quantity or dollar sales.
The Retail Marketing Program allows you to enter as many Marketing Programs as your require into the system. The system has several standard reports enabling you to easily analyze these programs and pay out any rebates earned.
