| Minotaur’s Annual User Conference, a Great Success |
| Minotaur held it’s annual user conference on October 15th and 16th. This two day event focused on hands-on training for our flexible report writers as well as other areas such as data-loading and advanced PRP training. This years conference also offered industry specific open table discussions. |
| |
For those of you who were not able to attend a particular session, the training room is available for private booking for generic or customized training session. We are also offering our monthly training courses covering various areas of the Minotaur system.
We received lots of valuable input from the surveys and throughout the sessions. We will be adding your suggestions to our MBS7 development list.
We would like to thank everyone for their support and enthusiasm. It was great to be able to see and speak with so many of you at this year’s conference. |

You may have noticed that Minotaur’s print window tool bar now has two new buttons, Refresh and Save to File. The Refresh ability has been added to several standard Minotaur reports. If a report has been run and left open for a while, instead of having to re-run the report to see any |
|
| additional transactions that may have affected the report, you can now press the Refresh button which would basically re-generate the report using the exact inputs as were used when the report was initially run, picking up any new transactions. |
 |
The Save to File button gives you the option to save the file and open in Excel. Unlike the Excel button, when you save to file and open in Excel, you will be able to use the Excel conversion Wizard. |
|
Also, all of the print screen buttons that appear at the bottom of the page are now available if you right click the mouse. Click anywhere on the screen and you will get a small menu where you can choose the item.
At Minotaur we are always trying to find new ways to improve our user’s experience with their Minotaur system. That’s why your suggestions are important to us. Let us know of any other suggestions you have. Simply email us or visit the Minotaur User Forum at www.minotaurforums.com. |

| In the fall of 2006, we updated the Minotaur system to include the ability to enter dates beyond 2009. If you have not received a system update since before the fall of 2006, your system will not accept dates beyond 2009 and will therefore require an update in order to function properly as of January 1, 2010. |
| |
 |
| We have been contacting customers who we know need the 2010 update. If we have not contacted you and you are not sure if your system has been updated since 2006, you can easily test to see if your system will handle 2010 dates. Simply enter a date of January 1, 2010 anywhere in your Minotaur system. If your system has been updated it will keep the date you entered as January 1, 2010. If you are running an older version which does not support 2010 dates, the system will change the date to January 1, 1910. |
| |
| If you have tested your system and found that it does not support 2010 dates we ask that your please contact you Minotaur account manager to discuss the options available for upgrading your system as soon as possible. |

| PRODUCTION RECALL REPORT |
| |
Minotaur has created a new Production Recall Report. The basic purpose of this new report is to provide the ability to see what was produced on a specific date (or range of dates) and to provide a consolidated list by customer of who needs to be contacted regarding recalls/issues. This report can be filtered by location, shift, line and item.
If you choose to “Include Lot History”, it adds the VVROI report for each lot that was reported on as a problem for that date range. If you choose to “Include Lot Trace Use? or Origin?”, then it will run the VVROT Lot Trace report and report on each lot that has a problem for that date range. These options provide more information for all the problem lot numbers at once, rather than having to run the VVROI or VVROT reports separately for each lot number to get more information. Below is the basic report for a date, no filtering, with no lot history (VVROI) and no Lot Trace Use (VVROT). |
 |
|
| If you would like more information on this new report or would like to receive a quote for adding this report to your system, please contact your project manager. |
