To register for this event, visit our website at www.minotaursoftware.com and select the user conference link. You will find a registration page complete with an outline of the day’s events. If you don’t have internet, just give us a call. The day’s agenda along with a map can be found on page 2 of this publication.
The day will be filled with lots of Minotaur information and training, presentations by Minotaur customers, information from hardware providers not to mention great food and prizes.

| Bring a Quote to the User Conference for a Chance to Win a Prize |

Customer references and testimonials are an important part of any sales process. As such, we like to include quotations from our customers on sales materials and our web site.
At the user conference, we will be holding a special draw for individuals who submit a quote.
It could be in reference to a benefit your company receives — saves money and/or time, a comment on our service level, why you chose Minotaur Software as your Vendor, anything you feel like sharing and think other companies searching for a new ERP System would be interested in knowing.
Bring a quotation with you or write one on the day and drop it in the jar on the day of the conference. If you are unable to attend the conference, email your quotation to wendy@minotaursoftware.com and she will be sure to include your name in the draw.
When submitting your quotation, please include the company and the individual’s name and title. Many thanks to those who have already submitted quotations. |

Free of meat, fish, poultry, eggs, mushrooms and nuts, evo is designed with the whole family in mind. Breaking through the vegetarian taste barrier, evo products are precooked and frozen, easily reheated using a grill, oven, microwave or stovetop.
evo products are currently at Highland Farms and Whole Foods. Meatless Gourmet plans to expand to other grocery chains throughout North America. Perhaps you have seen their billboard as you are driving through Mississauga. |

| What Minotaur is Currently Testing... |

| Hand Held Computers for On-the-Road Use |
| |
At Minotaur we are always interested in testing the latest and greatest in new releases so that we can pass along to you suggestions on how you can enhance your use of Minotaur.
We are currently testing an all-in-one hand held computer with barcode scanning capability that can operate on a wireless network or switch over and operate as a cellular phone connecting to Minotaur through the Telus network. This is one option for on the road delivery drivers to enter orders, check inventory and even invoice customers.
Also, if you have sales representatives operating in areas without high speed internet - no problem - they will still have the ability to check stock levels and enter orders from their customer’s location. |

| Durable Labels |
| |
| Minotaur has sourced some waterproof label and tag paper that can go through direct thermal printers like our Datamax and Zebra label printers. If ordered as food grade tags, they can be put in bins or tacked directly onto food items. If ordered as labels, they are perfect for wet and messy production environments where traditional paper labels are not up to the job. These are smudge and water proof while ensuring the bar code is readable even under these adverse conditions. If you are having trouble with traditional labels, ask Minotaur for a quote on plasticized labels. We’ll have some on display at our upcoming user conference. |
