| The Minotaur Business System is an effective tool for chemical recyclers as our system allows you to do both assembling
manufacturing (building up of products) and disassembly manufacturing (breaking down of products). More importantly, Minotaur
allows you to break down products by a typical yield percentage but apportion the costs of those products differently from
the percentage breakdown. In other words, we recognize that some outputs are worth more than others.
In conjunction with Minotaur's Inventory module, there are a number of useful reports available to track inventory throughout
your operation. These include; Inventory Count and historical transaction reports, various Lot Number reports if your products
will be sold to produce food grade packaging; including lot tracing for product recalls, Inventory and Production Requirements
reports and Cost Waste Reports for yield analysis. The Minotaur Business System can provide a complete and efficient software
solution to assist with the recycling industries unique requirements. Manufacturing can be controlled on the production
floor with our touch screen production module which connects your weigh scales and labeling equipment for catch weight recording
of work in process and finished goods for very accurate yield reporting. |

- Multi-level bill of materials allows you to track work in progress and perform cost and yield analysis at the various stages.
- Features to assist production of batches, followed by filling of varying container sizes.
- Tracks product specifications including identifying acceptable lots for those customers with identified product tolerances.
- Certificate of Analysis produced for each shipment based on specifications of the lot being shipped.
