Advanced Reports The Minotaur Advanced Reports module takes you beyond normal reporting, to more in-depth, flexible, adaptable reports for any situation. When managing a sales force, you need complete information, presented simply and efficiently. With Minotaur, you'll have all the sales reports that you need: sales by sales rep, product, area, industry, customer, customer type, and by month, with cost, budget, and previous year's comparisons when needed. Sales reports can run to include or exclude tax amounts. User can specify sales rep commission rate when running sales reports, to conveniently determine commission owed. Sales reports can be run for various customer types (categories defined by user by which customers can be classified, such as geographic area, size of business, etc.) Appropriate sales reports include profit margin percentages, as well as percentage change compared to last year's figures. User can create custom reports to retrieve any data on the system with the Flexible Report Generator, and these can be saved and used again at any time. Minimal effort is involved in learning Flexible Report Generator. User can format printout of these reports to their specifications. Allows user to record a sequence of keyboard keystrokes to run any Minotaur programs, and then play back those keystrokes at any time. As such, a preset procedure (ie.
