WENDY PINEO
TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER
B.Sc. Chemistry, University of Toronto, Former Small Business Accounting and Computer Applications Instructor at Sheridan College. As part of the sales team, Wendy works with existing and potential customers demonstrating the Minotaur abilities. Through listening to and interpreting customer requirements, she is able to guide clients along the path to achieve a system to handle all their business needs. Having worked in a chemical manufacturing environment, she is very familiar with batch production and product specification tracking, common requirements in the food and chemical industries. EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Ph.D. University of Alberta, System Analyst and Programmer. EDI specialist, on-site support, program modifications, technical and user support. Has developed a wide range of program applications, and provided on-going system support to Minotaur customers.
 
JUDITH KIRKNESS
VICE PRESIDENT SALES AND MARKETING
Judith focuses the Sales Team on helping future Minotaur customers make the right buying decision for their company and their individual needs. This involves pursuing markets where our years of experience in solving business problems can be used to improve the bottom line results for our customers. She is constantly evaluating our existing client's needs to build long term relationships for mutual success. Judith believes strongly in ethical sales and is a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) as well as the Women in Leadership and Technology group, which is part of the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP). She is also an active member of Women in Food Industry Management Association, where she served as a Board Member for five years, as well as other industry focused professional organizations, using her extensive network to keep up to date on industry trends, ensuring that Minotaur’s offering evolves to meet the changing requirements of the industries we serve.
 
VICTOR BOERSMA
PROJECT MANAGER
Program Systems Design Engineering, University of Waterloo Ontario. Fifteen years as the senior IT Manager at a Fortune 500 company. Designs program concepts and prepares quotations on configurations. Provides system implementations, which includes analysis of the customer, training, and implementation of the system.
